Getting Started with Eduvero

Eduvero is designed to provide teachers with fast, mobile-first instructional support that works in real classroom environments, without complicated implementation or heavy IT requirements.

Built for quick, independent use, Eduvero allows teachers to download, set up, and begin using the app in just minutes.

This page includes technical requirements, supported devices, installation instructions, and classroom setup guidance to help educators get started quickly and confidently. Whether you are installing Eduvero on a personal device or preparing for classroom use, the information below will help ensure a smooth and successful setup experience.

App Access - Teacher Use

Download Eduvero

Eduvero is available for teachers on compatible Apple and Android devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Android smartphones and tablets. Follow the installation instructions for your device, then open Eduvero and sign in or create an account.

  1. Open the App Store or Google Play Store

  2. Search for Eduvero for Teachers

  3. Tap Download/Install

  4. Open the app and sign in or create an account

App Access - Student Use (Mini-Assessment Administration)

Students can complete Eduvero mini-assessments using a web browser on Chromebooks and other compatible devices. No separate student app download is required.

Steps

  1. Type app.eduvero.com in the URL bar of any web browser

  2. (OPTIONAL) Click Install on the far right side of the URL bar, once app.eduvero.com has loaded

  3. Have students click STUDENT ACCESS

  4. Tell students to enter the ACCESS CODE created by the Eduvero for Teachers app following the creation of a mini-assessment

  5. Have students select their name from the class roster dropdown menu

  6. Have students complete the assessment and select SUBMIT. Note: Students will have one opportunity to go back and review their answers prior to submission.

Lockdown Assessment Experience

Once students enter their access code and select their name, Eduvero activates its lockdown assessment experience. Students should remain within the assessment until they finish and select SUBMIT.

Switching tabs, leaving the assessment, or navigating away may automatically submit the assessment, depending on the configured behavior.

Updating the App

Keeping Eduvero updated ensures the best performance and access to new features.

Open the App Store → Profile → Updates → Update Eduvero

Android/ChromeBooks

Open Google Play Store → Profile → Manage apps & device → Update Eduvero

First-Time Setup

  1. Create your class.

    Open Eduvero, sign in, and create a class. Add your students manually or connect an available Google sheet with your student roster.

  2. Set an instructional focus

    Create a focus area based on your current curriculum, learning objectives, or an area where students need additional support. Generate a mini-assessment aligned with that focus.

  3. Assess, review, and plan

    Share the assessment access code from the app with your students. Once they submit their responses, review classroom and student performance insights, explore targeted instructional strategies, and create lesson plans informed by the results.

Note: You can also generate instructional strategies and lesson plans without initially administering an assessment.

School and District Use

Eduvero is designed for independent teacher use, with minimal technical setup and no required district-wide integration. Teachers can create classes, add student rosters manually, or use available Google integrations to simplify classroom setup. Before using Eduvero with students, educators should follow their school's technology and student data privacy requirements.

Schools may also sponsor Eduvero subscriptions for their teachers.
