Terms of Service

Welcome to Eduvero! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eduvero mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Analytical Discoveries, Inc. dba Eduvero (“Eduvero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use Eduvero

You must be:

  • A teacher, instructional leader, or educational professional aged 18 or older

  • Using Eduvero in accordance with your school or district’s technology and privacy policies

If you are using Eduvero on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. Your Account

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users.

3. Use of the Service

Eduvero is designed to support K–12 educators with real-time instructional guidance, strategy prompts, and lesson plans. You agree to use the Service:

  • Only for lawful and educational purposes

  • In accordance with all applicable school, district, and legal policies

  • Without interfering with or compromising the security of the Service

You may not:

  • Use the Service to upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the Service

  • Use the Service for commercial exploitation without our written permission

4. User-Generated Content & License to Use

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, such as lesson plans, strategies, and instructional notes. By submitting such content, you grant Eduvero a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, and reproduce that content solely to operate, improve, and support the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology in Eduvero, including strategy prompts, designs, text, and code, are owned by or licensed to Eduvero. You may use the Service only for its intended purpose. 

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data we collect

  • How we use and protect it

  • Your rights and choices

Eduvero is designed with educator privacy in mind. We do not sell user data or use it for advertising. 

If you use the Service in a school setting, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable student privacy laws, including FERPA and COPPA. Eduvero acts as a school official only where appropriate agreements are in place. Eduvero does not knowingly collect student data unless authorized by the educator or school through appropriate agreements (e.g., as a school official under FERPA).

7. Use of AI Tools

Eduvero may use artificial intelligence (AI) to surface instructional strategies and generate planning recommendations based on user input. These tools are intended to support, not replace, teacher expertise. 

AI features: 

  • Are grounded in classroom input and aligned with educational research 

  • Do not make autonomous decisions or evaluate student performance 

  • Do not collect or process personally identifiable student data unless authorized

You remain responsible for evaluating and implementing AI-generated content in your classroom.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Eduvero’s web properties may use cookies or similar technologies to understand website traffic and improve your user experience. You can control cookies via your browser settings.

9. Feedback & Suggestions

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, you agree that Eduvero may use this input to improve the Service without obligation or compensation. Your feedback may help shape future features and functionality.

10. Pilot & Beta Features

Some features may be in beta or pilot testing. These features are provided “as is” and may be modified or removed at any time. We are not liable for issues related to experimental functionality.

11. Third-Party Services

Eduvero may integrate with other tools or services (e.g., analytics, communication tools). We are not responsible for third-party content or policies. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eduvero, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using Eduvero at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your access to the application will be disabled, and we may retain anonymized or aggregate data per our Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimers

The Eduvero Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eduvero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for using Eduvero in the 12 months prior to the claim.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
